Came here to buy some traditional Vietnamese pickles. They have a lot of Vietnamese dry goods and snacks. Chinese Lunar New Year is coming so this one and the store next door was flooded with customers. I could feel the festive spirits already!

Very bad service!!! I shopped at this store regularly for almost 20 years, but they have had very bad service lately. This is the third time they ignored me! I ordered 1 item and wanted to buy something else, but they ignored me and served other customers until there were no more customers, and then they returned to me. I will never come to this store again. There is another store right next door to Omai International Snack with similar items and prices, where you can buy with better service.

I went in to get some Ô Mai. The lady gave me samples of two kinds. I asked her to weight the ô Mai for 2 lbs…. and did not know that their listed price was only for HALF a pound. That was the trick list price to sell as 1/2 lb. not 1 lb like a lot of other US markets do. The trick for customers who didn’t see their “small print” 1/2 lb. My mistake. I will never come back to this store again.

Place are for quick bites and convenient if you want to get in and out. So much stores selections.

I like the store but the one next door is much better!
