Panera Bread - Saint Charles

Inadvertently an order for execution, called to have it canceled, my bank account shows that the money was placed back into my account, then immediately withdrawn by a signature debit transaction. It was said because in their system it shows that there is nothing they can do. Will never order from this place again.

Came late in the evening, the staff were all extremely polite offered several options for items they were sold out. Eating was made fast, and certainly tasted better than McD or BK type space.

All right. The Napa chicken salad did not taste like the way we get at our normal two local paneras in MD. Was pretty fast on a long car trip, so it was good.

Danie was great! We were worried because Door Dash didn't update us on our order, so we called Panera and Danie that our order has stepped out and gave me a cookie because I had been dealing with a lot of stress and therefore raining all day that my depression had felt me down. Danie is a life savior! Thank you, Danie! I pray you will receive the recognition you deserve! I highly recommend this location for its excellent effort and customer satisfaction!

I placed a rapid pickup order and received a message running behind and when arrived to location my order still took over 15 minutes to get ready. The person who prepared my order rushed and only put a pinch of cheese in my French onion soup. Then when said something another employee put some in a cup and threw it up on the counter top to me. Thus was the worse experience I've ever had at thus location.
