Frankie's Place Downtown Eatery

Very nice breakfast place. the atmosphere had a domestic feeling and it was not crowded. theresa took care of my son and I and she was just the sweetest and friendly. we both ordered the mega combo and it was quite delicious.

Great food. Just moved here and I wanted something light and easy and my meal was perfect. My husband got the burrito and loved it. Very nice people.

We had breakfast on a Sunday morning and the place was bustling! The food was delicious; I had the chili cheese omelet, which was fantastic! The service was exceptional—shoutout to Lindsay, our server, who was the best we’ve had in a long time! Don’t forget to skip IHOP and support local businesses like Frankie’s!

The best dining experience in Saint Cloud, FL! You absolutely must try Seafood Friday – the seafood is fresh and expertly prepared. I highly recommend Frank's for an amazing meal, whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
