Despite their efforts to improve and introduce a new menu, the prices remain too high for the quality of the food. I only go now when the Habs score 5 goals to get the free wings. It's disappointing because I used to enjoy going to the Cage.
Our family planned a birthday party for our 12-year-old nephew, but the service at the restaurant was not up to par. Despite usually giving restaurants a 5/5 rating in my reviews, this experience fell short. The food was good, but there was a long wait from when the first dish arrived to the last for our group of 20. We had to ask for refills multiple times, and one child waited over 10 minutes longer than her cousin who ordered at the same time. I wish I could find a reason for the slow service, but the restaurant wasn't even at full capacity. The waiters were friendly and apologetic, but overall, the experience was disappointing.
We are from the USA, but our grandson lives nearby. We went out for dinner on Friday night and were expecting a long wait, but luckily we arrived just before the rush. To our delight, they have a popcorn machine with baskets that you can help yourself to while waiting for your table, or take some to enjoy at your table like we did. Despite the cool weather outside, they have a sizable outdoor seating area. The interior is also spacious, with numerous large TVs scattered throughout. Our server warmly greeted us and took our drink orders promptly. We enjoyed a meal consisting of child's spaghetti, ribs, salmon, wings, and a Greek salad, all of which were delicious. I will certainly be returning during my next visit.
