Restaurant Panorama - Saint-Flour

A professional lunch, we had chosen this establishment because overlooking the central square of Saint-Flour where you can easily park. I will keep a very mixed memory as the service was interminable: more than 30 minutes for a salad of any kind (green beans, potatoes in pieces). as to dessert: was it made home? on the menu, absence of the pan icon that attests to a kitchen-house. Given the problem with my colleague's salad, it was justified to me.A positive point: neither my colleague nor I felt any inconvenience during digestion because we were concerned about the presence of several inanimate insects along the windows. In the end, a very average rating, which is still highly regrettable for an establishment as well located in Saint-Flour.

A little disappointed by the dishes that do not have a good price quality ratio. It's a little expensive for the quality of very basic dishes. waitresses are very pleasant and available.

Passing to St-Flour, we chose this restaurant for home fries, which became too rare in French restaurants. They are excellent, the aubrac meat too, and the nice pepper sauce. there is a supplement but it is announced, including outside. However, the menu with surcharge remains at a very reasonable rate. very nice view and nice service.
