Restaurant Valentine - Saint-Georges

The staff was completely disorganized. Orders were not placed on the right trays. Customers would leave with their orders, only to return later to point out the mistake. The guy would then take the plate and put it back on the correct tray without even considering if the customer had touched the food before returning it. In my case, he placed my unfinished extreme poutine on someone else's tray, who then left with it. When he came to put the correct poutine, he realized his mistake. He yelled at the customer, accusing them of not taking the correct poutine. He then took the poutine, put it on my tray, and finished making it. I mentioned that it wasn't right, because we don't know what the other person had done with it before bringing it back. No way was I going to have another one made for me! His response was: "Well, no one touched it. There's not even any sauce on it yet!" Three similar errors occurred while my partner was waiting for her hot dogs.

The best poutine in Saint-Georges and for a well-garnished steamed hot dog (coleslaw included, it's the spot in Beauce, especially since in Beauce cabbage in a hot dog is rare, they don't know about that.

Tout serait correct si ce n'était des frites qui goutent toujours le brulé...serait-il possible d'avoir de bonnes frites fraiches comme ailleurs...
