Lupe's Mexican Grill - Saint James

We came here for lunch a few days ago. Food was good the enchilada sauce had more of a kick than I expected and I liked it. The waitress was lovely and gave our toddler an orange and was very accomodating with replacing repeatedly dropped silverware. We'd go back next time we're going through St. James.

This restaurant is incredibly authentic and truly stands out! Despite being in Minnesota, they serve some fantastic Mexican food. Their tacos de rajas are the best I've ever had! I've tried almost everything on the menu, and the caldo de res is exceptional—just like my mom used to make! If you ever find yourself in James, Minnesota, make sure to stop by for a delicious meal. They also offer agua fresca, and the melon flavor is my favorite, but they have six different varieties to choose from.

I visited St. James for a personal occasion and had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant. I must say, they serve some of the best Mexican food I've ever had! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the prices were quite reasonable. If I ever return, I know exactly where to eat. Be sure to try the mixed fajitas!
