We decided to visit this restaurant due to its prestigious gourmet package. We had high expectations for a refined dining experience. However, we were quite disappointed. The salmon was overcooked, there was an excessive amount of sauce on the lamb, and the service was inexperienced. To top it off, we waited 45 minutes for the check, along with other diners. In conclusion, the restaurant has great potential but is poorly managed.
Let's start with the service that was pretty average. waiting time between 20 to 30 minutes is about 3h30 for a 4 services which is much too long. Then the quality of the food was desired. for home made we expected much better. Finally the far too salty addition for what we ate. Be a little over $60 per person for a meal that was probably worth up to 25-30. very disappointed in our experience.
On March 31, 2017, Chez Noeser celebrated the first anniversary of second generation, Chef Emilie Noeser, daughter of Chef Denis Noeser. The meal was delicious as always. Every meal is family and homemade French Cuisine. Clients can bring their favorite wines. Everyone was happy and joyfully shared their own precious stories ! I cannot wait to go back ! Cheers !
Twenty-nine of us retirees gathered for a maple dinner that was a unique twist on the traditional sugar shack experience. We enjoyed delicate and satisfying dishes that highlighted the use of maple syrup. We're grateful to the Drowning family for their warm hospitality, culinary skills, and impeccable service. The value for money was definitely in our favor. - Marielle Galarneau
