It was literally two slices of industrial semi-sweet bread, with one ridiculously thin slice of unknown yellow cheese (not even covering the whole surface of the bread) and one ridiculously thin slice of unknown kind of ham. Not at all any bechamel, not grilled/gratinated, just a re-heated (microwaved perhaps) awfully soft thing. Eventually I had the feeling of eating two soaked slices of industrial bread, with not even a taste of cheese, ham, no crunchiness and of course no bechamel. And all this at a crazy price of around 4 euro if I remember well. I wouldn 't pay even 0.5 euro for this. If you are supposed to be boulangerie in France, even a bad one, you should not call this joke croque monsieur . Otherwise you are just scamming people and you should be ashamed of even selling this thing as croque monsieur . The other items we bought (coffees and paninis) were less bad, but still expensive and very very mediocre and certainly not boulangerie quality. I am very surprised of some of the good reviews here. I wouldn 't be surprised if many of them are fake.
Excellent breakfasts and desserts. The staff is especially friendly. We loved walking there every morning during our week in saint jorioz!
Absolutely love this place. Fab pastries and lovely coffee. Really nice staff. Will be back
Very good Use the back entry from the bike path, sit with a coffee and a croissant. Perfect
It's all right with Leon! It is pleasant to have recovered on our shore a real artisanal bakery/patisserie. Quality products, research and creativity. Don't want to attack a diet when we go back to the store!
