Hot Box Cookies - Saint Louis

Placed delivery order. Driver called to say they were lost was going to take my order back to store. 40 minutes later I received email that my order had been delivered... to somebody else, apparently. Bummer. I really wanted a cookie. Would notrecommend Hot Box.

Went in this evening for an after dinner treat. Was informed they were only doing online orders. The workers were just sitting around eating burgers not doing anything. Okay.. I put in an online order and had to spend $15+ to place the order so I got waymore than I needed. Waited 10 minutes for them to put the cookies in a box and hand to me. Got them and they are definitely notfresh. All of them are hard like they were made yesterday. Now I?m stuck with a dozen day old cookies.. Very disappointedconsidering Hot is in the name..

Cookies are good, but nothing that blows me away. I like that they are open until midnight, but I think 1.75 per cookie is a little pricey for a small cookie.

I ordered ice cream N cookies but only got cookies that wasn?t hot and kinda hard crunchy. I really don?t understand how such a simple order can be messed up . Not cool at all

We stopped in for an ice cream ???? sandwich. He got one cookie n cream w cookies n cream ice cream and one oatmeal raisin. I got one oatmeal raisin vanilla ice cream and one snicker doodles. We shared an ice cold coke. All good quality items that tastedgreat. The snickerdoodle cookie was a little on the hard side but after it sat on the bottom of my ice cream it was a bit easierto chew. There was a new man working the register who needed a little help but he was thorough.
