The service was slow, and my order was incorrect. Food: 3/5, Service: 3/5, Atmosphere: 4/5.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, our order was incorrect, and the food was not prepared properly. We also struggled to get refills on our drinks. Despite living nearby, I would prefer to drive to Gallup for a better experience. It feels like everything has gone downhill. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive, and I know what to expect since I opened this Denny's and worked at both Gallup locations. It took 30 minutes just to get our drinks, and they weren't even brought out by our original server. Overall, I would rate the food and service as 1 out of 5, while the atmosphere was a 3. I won’t be returning.

They took an hour and 15 minutes to serve us two salads. Twenty other diners received food and left in that time, all Native American. We are a white family I am certain this restaurant purposely delays and discriminated against non native patrons, and have reported them to the better business bureau. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
