Longhorn Steakhouse - SAINT PETERSBURG

We enjoyed our dinner here on a Friday night. It was very busy. They sat at a table. We had Matthew as a server. He was great! Was exactly what we ordered and we never had to ask for a beverage refill. He let them come. We enjoyed our food and the relaxed atmosphere was perfect.

The first time at this point. I have to say all the Staffs were very polite, went beyond. Very friendly with a smile. Def will be back. My bucket list: Palm Harbor Tampa location next to..

Great ambience, we sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly and showed good options on the menu. Had the ribs and the delicate Sirloin Mm hmm. it hit the spot.

The service here is terrible. I called up a pick-up order for lunch that was 2pm for me, no one answered the phone. After my third call, someone finally answers, I tell him that I want to place a to-go order, he says that I can get you to the bar and get me back to the stop. I will be able to stay literally until I actually came to the restaurant (10 miles away). I'll go in, no one on the front, I'll go to the bar and sit down. Why couldn't you answer the phone over 10 minutes? I order my food and wait. When I got my food, it started to rain. So I'm not just late from lunch, now I'm late, wet and hungry... All this could have been avoided if someone in the empty restaurant answered the phone! I could have understood if they were busy, but definitely not the case (pictures attached). Better?

Went a couple weeks ago. Ordered only the firecracker shrimp appetizer with a baked potato and fries. Firecracker shrimp were amazing, I was in awe. My baked potato was absolutely delicious, and the fries were out of this world too. Portions were perfect, I got full extremely quickly. This restaurant completely exceeded my expectations. One of the better chains out there, and definitely will be getting another visit from me. Cannot beat the price either.
