Oniyatai Ramen - Salem

Love the food here. Craft made ramen from scratch definitely not something you find in most ramen shops. Spicy miso had great flavor and the toppings were allperfect and matched well with the bowl. The noodles were one of the highlights of the bowl and left me wanting more. The donburi rice bowl was great as well! Don't miss out on this unique spot!

Best ramen I've had, hands down. Everything is scratch and if you're looking to try real ramen with genuine authentic flavors and techniques in practice this is the place. Staff is very nice too.

Wow! I've had ramen from so many places. I have to say that ramen in the US can be okay at times... Ever since moving to Salem 8 years ago from Japan the only few options I know of are Ibendo, Kizuki, and Ramen Ryoma. However, Oniyatai is soooo goood. I've had both miso and their house special and it is authentic as it gets. Trust me, the food here is just as good and tasty as it is in Japan. The prices are affordable too! I'll be coming back more often.
