Phil's Grill - Salem

I sat at a table for an hour on Thursday and had multiple cocktail waitresses walk by me without taking an order or asking if I needed anything at my table.The service has never been good any time I go.

Okay, normally I wouldn't go into a bar with my son at 10 o'clock, but. I did it! this place was recommended by a car repair business on the road where we were. while we wait, we decided to eat there as it was in a distance and we waited for our vehicle. the whole experience was amazing! jackie was very warm and friendly and made us feel at home! we have played pool and even invited some friends in front of location to accompany us! eating was fantastic and cheap. there were a few people who both eat and play pool, but also the customers were great! they could not help but the flow of people, the food orders of return happy customers that some jackie seemed to know with names. all in all I was pleasantly surprised to have such a great experience in a bar. I don't drink and don't need bars, but I'm sure I'd go back there! thanks jackie and staff at jake’s bar grill

Staff could be friendlier, and machines could pay out more but prices are fair and lots of pool tables for the tournaments they have

Steven is an amazing dude and so are the other bartenders.

Steven is the best bartender in the neighborhood. Food is great, moderately priced. Friendly quick service. Its a popular pool league spot so check the schedule. Kids allowed until 9pm! If you like ambiance, good music (juke not live), and meeting good people (sometimes great) check it out.
