De La Ferme A Votre Assiette

We had lunch here during the summer. My recollection is a bit hazy but we ate well from an interesting choice with good well-priced wine. On the basis of this visit I would recommend it and will come again.

Went there Saturday night; what a disappointment! From the moment of entry to departure there was nothing that I could praise. We first went there about three years ago and found it rather pleasant but now, not so good. I had the printaniere which was a gallette with a salad type topping, totally tasteless couldn't finish it. For the second course I had something that was supposed to be a flambé plum topping, home made, again nasty. I expected it to be flambéed at the table but no if it had been done at all it tasted nasty, in fact I felt sick on the way home and suffered next morning (wont go into the details) I walk with the aid of sticks and the fact the floor was very dirty and greasy the rubber bottoms kept slipping and found it difficult not to fall over! If it was dirty in the restaurant I hate to think what the kitchens are like. The final annoyance was one couldn't pay by card just cheque or cash, it was lucky I found and old cheque in the bottom of my hand bag.

The meal was very good. Beef spears basically. The coffee was the best I have ever drank. Although I am not a coffee aficionado, other people who dined with me are and they agreed that the coffee was fantastic. Very smooth and did not require any sweetener. Served with a trio of small and tasty pastries.

Dommage qu'il faille réserver mais quant c'est fait que du bonheur.Très bonne carte avec des plats variés et avec la garantie de la qualité.Si un produit plait il n'est pas difficile d'obtenir l'adresse du fournisseur ce que nous avons fait pour la charcuterie.
