Contribuisci feedbackWaited in line for ten minutes just to be told at the menuboard that they couldnt make my drink because it takes too long and the lines too long. you know, the line i 've also been waiting in for ten-fifteen minutes myself. usually i order ahead to avoid this, but that was also unavailable. i work fast food too and i dont get to refuse to make something because of how long it takes to make it. the girl at the speaker also had an attitude like it was an inconvenience that i order something thats on the menu...which is just ridiculous. do better. its also ridiculous that it was because the drink was iced, because youre telling me on a 70 degree day you wont make iced drinks because it takes too long? come on. edit to add: the hall and 94 location was just as busy and had no problem making my order.
Be aware that this location is drive thru only! Ordering ahead on the app suggests you can pick your order up, but you still have to wait in the drive thru line of ppl ordering; there's no other way to pickup a mobile order. With that said, the app said my order would be ready within 3-6 minutes but it took over 30 minutes to wait in the line. While my latte was still warm after all this time, the taste was so-so. Go here at your own risk!
