Arby's - Salt Lake City

I hadn't been to Arby's for quite some time. I had the beef cheddar sandwich along with their fries. It was quite tasty. The service was fast. However, I really wished they would bring back the Arby Q sandwich. It was my favorite. So on my sandwich tonight, I put their barbecue sauce on it, it tasted pretty good.

The employees are 100% INCOMPETENT!!! I WAITED ALMOST 20 MINUTES FOR A FRENCH DIP COMBO. AFTER 10 MINUTES I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THEY REFUSED! How do you just skip an order and the refuse to make it a priority After! After all of the hassle the fries were COLD and soggy. Disgusting all the way around!!!!

Just average, except for the Rootbeer Floats. Service was sub-standard.

The food was decent. The two stars is because the manager or person in charge was very rude to an employee who was trying to learn their job. He literally shoved the kid out of the way instead of having patience and teaching the kid what to do. The kid was very friendly and trying to learn.
