Carl's Jr. - Salt Lake City

Upon entering the restaurant it looked clean and nice with decorations. I had excellent service and the food was fresh and delivered quickly, and for having my Carl's Jr app they gave me a coupon booklet...nice!

The food was fresh and fastly delivered which was nice, right now they have it decorated and it looks welcoming. They also give you a small coupon booklet if u have their app active. Overall this location is one of the best one's I've seen :

This place will never get your order right. I’ve only been here a handful of times and have never received what I ordered. Absolutely ridiculous! They also don’t answer the phone if you try calling

Sat in drive through long enough to have to turn my car off, when I finally got to the window I wasn 't acknowledged or told to wait, after a couple minutes I asked hello? and the woman on the drive through mic said yeah, just give us a minute. I waited even longer and had to turn my car off again. After they took my order I had to wait a third time for them to prepare my food and long enough to turn off my car again. There was noone else in line and the inside was almost empty, so there 's no excuse of being busy. Very dissatisfied with the staff and a waste of gas.

Absolutely filthy! The bathroom had puke all over the sink and one of the toilets. The bathroom overall even without the vomit was pretty dirty and the whole place smells awful. Food was pretty mid at best so I leave knowing I will absolutely NOT be back at this location.
