Kailea Hawaiian Shave Ice

Great place for shaved ice! Staff is very friendly. I watched an interaction with a group of about 6 people last night, where two people were basically demanding free shaved ice. The girls working were friendly and professional through it all. Even after they closed, one kid was demanding free product, and the girls working handled it so well. Great flavors, friendly staff, and generous portion sizes, all for a great price! You can?t go wrong here!

Super clean, organized and the personnel kept busy the whole time we were there cleaning and just being overall awesome! So nice to come to a shaved ice place that clean and well run. Thanks for being awesome guys!

On the night of July 24th, a group of about six people was at the stand, and four of us managed to get a snowcone. However, two of us kept asking for one, but the employees ignored us and didn’t serve us. To make matters worse, they closed the shack door right in front of us, which felt very rude and disrespectful. I will never return.

Absolutely the best shaved ice in town! It reminded me of Hawaii without even leaving the comforts of good old Salt Lake City. Kaylee and Addy provided fantastic service. I will definitely be going back whenever I need to cool off and satisfy my sweet tooth (they even have sugar-free options available!).

This place serves the best shaved ice! Unlike other spots that have chunky, crystal-like snow cones, this is the real deal—soft and fluffy shaved ice that retains its flavor, instead of having all the syrup settle at the bottom. I really enjoy adding the popping boba on top, although I wish there were more! I often end up stealing some from my husband when he orders vanilla ice cream. They have tables with umbrellas where you can enjoy your treat in the shade. The staff is friendly and patient, plus the playlist is great. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
