Varley - Salt Lake City

Wow, what an incredible find! No wait, amazing food, great atmosphere, wonderful staff.

The food was good but a little expensive for what it is. Service was slow, but kind.

This is a fun bar with a very cool, art deco kind of vibe. Fun drinks and a shared kitchen with Ivy (next door), offering a good lunch, dinner and cocktail menu.

The food and drinks was great and the service was excellent

The bar is a cute little spot with friendly bar tenders and a great ambiance. The cocktails tasted great and were made with care. The bar was not lively when we were there and the liquor selections were limited, also there are no beers in tap. Note Utah limits the amount of liquor per drink and that is the reasons drinks are cheaper that other locations.
