Dona Esther Mexican Restaurant

That was waiting long, but it was the weekend, so it should be expected. I ordered the chile verde plate because I judge all Mexican restaurants by their ability to judge this simple but easy to lay plate. That was it. I had this court a million times from san francisco to new mexico and guadalajara mexiko. I live now in san juan and I recommend it!

As usual Dona Esther's food was delicious and the service makes you feel like family. I always enjoy having dinner there.

Worst eating experience ever. my son wanted jalapeño poppers who forgot them. then we saw them pull a bag of poppers out of the freezer. they had a strange smell and were not edible. I ordered afteros what was a mess. they came with crushed chicken, that tasted. I had two chips and was done. my other sons burrito looked rough. my wife had a posole and had to ask separately for all sides because they were somehow forgotten. I never go back and I will make sure that not recommend this place to everyone.

We have recently visited a function here. the personal was super helpful and proaktiw. our group had the buffet that was fresh, hot, delicious, not too spicy and very satisfying. we look forward to return to lunch / dinner at our next visit to san juan batista.
