I've had dim sum in Hong Kong, Tokyo, London, Dubai, Vancouver, New York City, and San Francisco. But this place, WOW. Everything was great! We had egg tarts, baked BBQ pork buns, shrimp dumplings, fried sesame balls, salt and pepper fish, and mango pudding. It was all super hot and fresh. The place is really big inside too, with a few different dining rooms. I highly recommend you give them a try. We came on a Monday at noon. We were seated quickly. Couldn't be more pleased. Great parking in metered spots on the street right in front.Kid-friendliness: Loud with big casual tables so great for kids.
I can't seem to really understand why there are so many positive reviews for this restaurant...it's deceiving. I almost came here for my birthday but I really didn't want to after looking at the photos. The restaurant itself looked very tacky. But my dad was insistent on going here because he claims there was a lot of good reviews. So we gave it a try (thankfully not on my birthday) and it was just really really mediocre. It was bad. I've never tasted such terrible dumplings in my life. They were so... sad? No flavor and nothing really stuck out. They were also pretty expensive and quantity was low as well. The menu panels also had some sticky substance on it and it just felt very unsanitary. I really wish I hadn't come here, not even to write this review. But I hope this review helps someone and I urge you to find somewhere else :
Good place for Dim Sum. Good varieties of food to satisfy most people. Price is similar to most restaurants.
Wow! This was the best dim sum experience I've ever had! Get there early, because it packs out by noon. Everything we tried was delicious, so you can't really go wrong. I can't wait to go back!
