The Village Cafe - San Andreas

We visit from Britain and I was surprised how hard it was to find good vegan options. Avocado Toast became very boring. We don't stay far from here and I saw the vegan options online so went to breakfast a day. Tofu Scramble was beautiful, dice tofu instead of crumpled, which actually serves a beautiful change, served with veg and potatoes. The café itself was clean and you can say what they are looking for, but it's just a little scarf and the toilet is through the kitchen that is not ideal. But the staff was helpful and friendly, so we definitely go back when we have plans near this week.

Only 3 stars for the small selection of vegan options for bkft, but there are many more vegetarian options. What they call a tofu-cramble is not what usually a tofu-cramble it was very good and it comes with fried potatoes. The other vegan option is a vegan burrito with a cup of fruit. Only takes CASH, no credit cards!!!

Friends and I ate at the restaurant five days in a row It is that good! It is an unassuming restaurant on Polk St.
