Piccino - San Andreas

I mostly come here for their ginger scones, which are heavenly. Frustratingly, they often sell out by the early afternoon.You can pick up a four-pack of bake-at-home ginger scones, but they will lack the crunchy sugar crystals on top, unless you have those in your pantry.

The mushroom pizza was excellent. The atmosphere was even better than anticipated.

This charming local restaurant is a gem! What sets it apart is their extended hours for lattes and other hot caffeinated drinks until 9pm, which is rare in San Francisco. The coffee is delicious and the service is top-notch.

I have visited this restaurant several times, often on weekends. While the staff has changed, the lack of friendliness and errors in orders have remained consistent. It is quite frustrating. There are no apologies or smiles from the staff. Additionally, they announce orders by the name of the dish instead of using numbers or names, which can be confusing. Overall, I do not see a reason to return or recommend this place.
