The Wine Project - San Andreas

We enjoyed our culinary experience at The Wine Project. The menu had more variety than expected. The owner was friendly and the price appropriate for San Carlos.

What a great place! I’ve been there twice so far and each time I have thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience. They have great wine and great food! What more can you ask for?

I booked on Friday at 9:44 on OpenTable. We came for our 7:45 reservation on the same day and were told by the host that our reservation did not go through. I showed him my confirmation number and it was confirmed in the morning at 9:44. His answer was that it was not confirmed as the restaurant was not even open at that time. Was that guy an idiot, a liar or a lazy? The whole point of OpenTable is that the platform allows you to make a reservation every day regardless of whether the restaurant is open or not. We left because of the attitude of the host and lack of ambience of the place.
