Pacific Moon - San Antonio

I had a dish that was recommended as a favorite but it was just ok. The white rice was absolute mush, I barely ate it. I know sticky rice is a thing but it was beyond that. The restaurant was more of a bar than a restaurant which is fine I just thought I'd mention that. That being said no beer on draft for such a full bar was odd. Service was a bit slow for it not being busy at the time but it wasn't terrible and the staff was polite. There was a patron at the bar that was yelling obscenities at the game playing so that wasn't lending well to the atmosphere. Obviously that's not the employees fault but it would have been nice if he was cut off, obviously drunk, or told to keep it down? Idk. Overall I wasn't impressed by the food and I had the most unimpressive old fashioned I've ever had in my life. Wouldn't go again but glad we tried it.

It’s been a few years because I moved, but the food was better than I remembered and service was outstanding! 12/10 recommend!

Bartenders were busy. Bowls and a giant burger were very good. Great locals hangout.

Went with a friend to try the Mongolian burger (with runny egg added), but was blown away by the chili nachos....holy smokes is it excellent. I mean, really, REALLY delicious. Friendly staff all around, and reasonable pricing. The smell and look of the Asian dishes I saw looked great as well! Definite recommend

I love the food here ! Edit: A week later I went to P.F. Chang’s. I wish I’d gone to Pacific Moon again. Will always go to pacific moon now for their delicious noodles and drinks
