Contribuisci feedbackWe haven't been in a buffet before the pandemic for years, so I was quite excited to try it again, and boy I'm glad I chose this Golden Corral site. Since it is an independent building, I believe it offers more space and opportunities than other places that fit into smaller retail outlets. And the whole food was exactly what I was looking for. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside, dripping juicy on the inside, and the fact that they give breasts as well as legs and thighs is great. The fried shrimps were actually shrimps, and the steak had large fat areas, but were otherwise juicy and well cooked. Everything was as I remembered, maybe even better. Only caves are the lack of a chocolate fountain (correspondingly understandable) and the soft serving machine is not accessible (less understandable). I also wish they would show the cost of the drinks. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and regularly freed from used dishes. And I was glad that they did not boost prices or reduce food availability in the current environment. In any case, want to return as long as the price remains the same, or they do not cut corners on food.
I love eating! My steak is always perfectly cooked!! The servers are always very nice!!
Eating was good, our waitress was not so much, they were busy so I am not mad or blame her, but if there is dirty plates on your table and there is no clean left to get more food, your servers need to pick up the speed and earn this TIP to ensure the right service TIPS so EARN IT! Hats from the manager JP I think his name is African American Man, he has brought out dishes, taken guests, the register led, checked on the food bars! I worked in restaurants when Young, I'd like to work with him! No matter how busy a restaurant doesn't matter if the Big Boss works every station! All others try to keep up better! This man must be regional manager! And all he did for us was to get us our table, but I watched him from the moment he came with clean dishes and he didn't stop there! I'll come back soon and hopefully keep his staff up! 2 other hard workers of the man at the grill cooking the steaks and the bigger Tall Mexican guy, he told a younger child to check and fill the dishes, and he was cleaning and serving ice! Customer service of some not all tho! Waitresses want the TIPS, but have to clean up dirty dishes!!!!!
I love it. Good selection of food. Great customer service. The girl behind the drinks was super friendly with my daughter. The girl my waitress was amazing. I came by to see if we needed something and kept the table clean. The only thing was that they had no refills on the drinks. For what we paid, they should get us at least 1 refill.
Just had breakfast buffet San Bernardino location after 2 years due to Covid. Overall experience is better than 2 years ago. Staffs are very friendly, answered all my questions and requests. Counter surface/ food court areas are more clean than before. Even the food taste better. I thought maybe it was because I was hungry but my husband agreed with me. Kids enjoyed the time as well. The management definitely is doing a wonderful job in keeping customers satisfied.
