Jack In The Box - San Diego

Last night around 1 AM, I stopped by for a delicious shake and was served by a woman named Judy. Despite appearing stressed, she was still very helpful. Definitely one of the best employees at this Jack in the Box!

Avoid this place at all costs! The wait times are incredibly long, the staff is unprofessional, and the food comes out cold. When I asked for extra ranch with my order, the rude woman at the window informed me that it was limited to one per order, despite the fact that I had purchased a lot of items. I've been eating Jack for 20 years and have never encountered such a ridiculous policy. Additionally, they only accept cash very early in the morning, which seems suspicious as if it's a way for employees to pocket money. I recommend driving an extra minute or two to the Jack on Genesee Ave near Balboa. The service there is excellent, and they don't limit your ranch! I won't be returning here.

Absolutely the best! I visited last night and the guy at the window recommended the amazing combo #4, which includes a jumbo jack bacon cheeseburger, curly fries, and a 10-piece nugget. I'm back at the drive-thru right now!

Hot food reasonable, quick service and wide variety. I got two tacos best for 1.49 on 43 bus stop. Clairemont Square Mall one block. Be happy and well Fed. Be clear youvwant no extra s. Get a super and plain egg croissant sandwich with no sausage and nocheese. A low density lipid meal for senior or anyone health conscious. OMG most jacks. Only 1.50. Plus tax.

Got a spicy chicken, after few bits my wife felt it was discusting. the meat seemed to have gone bad. I went back to the resturant I was told 'we give you another sandwhich when I told them it is not only about the sandwich but lack of care forcustomer safty time, I told them am fine for replacement if it is not same bad meat. A supervisor jumped in saying all we got isfresh food here, and we reimburse you! supervisor was rude in her behavior. Besides I was not handed any return receipt at theend and only allowed to take photo for the refund bill saying we are diffrent. Will not go back to this restaurant.
