Twisted Sage Cafe - San Dimas

We brought visiting family here for brunch today and it was a 40- minute wait after putting our names in for a group of 5, for first available. Let me tell you, that may sound like a long time, BUT IT WAS WORTH IT! All the staff were super friendly and welcoming and smiley. There are benches to sit outside or you can wait in your car because they text you in addition to calling out your name. Inside seating is plentiful, not overly crowded together, and lively (louder than outside). Outdoor seating is covered, and surrounded by lovely greenery and a view of the hills. Bathrooms are clean. So many delicious choices for breakfast and brunch foods all day! Our server Justin happily shared all the options for cheese sauces on the side of house potatoes 3 times--wow, mouthwatering even to hear them listed. I ordered a half turkey avocado sandwich with side of mixed green salad, my husband ordered the OG breakfast with scrambled eggs and chorizo, my father-in-law chose the pulled pork sandwich with a salad, and both my mother-in-law and daughter chose the bacon mushroom burger with side potatoes. Everything was cooked with fresh ingredients and so flavorful that we did require any condiments. We ordered Cokes and ice tea and mochas. The mochas were a huge hit. I like an Arnold Palmer but alas no lemonade. My daughter likes Shirley temples but alas no grenadine. Yet literally all else we craved was presented and beautifully so. I'm guessing weekdays are less crowded than a Saturday, and from our previous attempt to come, Saturdays are less crowded than Sunday after church. So plan accordingly and check it out!

Great spot ! Breakfast is great and lunch also rocks ! Make sure you try the Mac and Cheese with bacon !

My sister suggested we eat at one of her favorite places . No wait and sat on the patio. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with two over easy eggs smack on top. The portion was just perfect and not heavy. My daughter ordered the fresh Spinach bacon omelet with the chipotle potatoes . The mocha latte was so delicious and with a high caffeine kick! I was talking so much because of the latte my dtr got sick of me raving how great my dish was. Cause it was! My daughter said she's ordering only the chipotle potatoes next time cause they were so good. My sis ordered the French Toast nice and thick. I suggested the owners need to come to the beach area! I'd be there every week!

The food is excellent, I've been twice, and will definitely go again. The service is very active and friendly. The ambiance is perfect for a brunch date, family time, and even alone time. I recommend this place 100%.
