During my first visit to this place earlier this week, I had a somewhat mixed impression overall. One thing that immediately caught my eye was the vibrant and aesthetically pleasing color scheme, perfect for capturing beautiful shots for social media. I particularly admired the look of the purple rain ice cream; however, I must admit that I didn 't get a chance to taste it.Unfortunately, my excitement waned when I noticed the person preparing my ice cream. I couldn 't help but feel a bit disappointed as the lady 's appearance seemed somewhat unkept, with her hair giving the impression that it hadn 't been washed in quite some time. It was almost as if tiny white debris was coming down from the top of her head while she was making the ice cream, resembling a gentle snowfall. Regrettably, I felt too uncomfortable to request a remake of my ice cream, since she looked very unmotivated to work there so I ended up leaving somewhat dissatisfied.Considering the circumstances, I would rate my experience here a 5 out of 10. While I did manage to get some nice pictures with the ice cream, the overall encounter left much to be desired. Hopefully, the establishment takes note of such concerns and addresses them for the future, as it has the potential to be a truly captivating spot.
Viaited here twice in 2 days. Got their lavender blueberry, matcha, hot chocolate and roobios tea.The men at the counter are trying their best, there was a lady on my 2nd visit. She didnt seem to like working there and will show that to the customers and the food she handles. She rolled the ice cream and made 3 rolls, there was still 2 rolls and space in the cup, but instead she scraped and thre it off.On my 1st visit, the guy behind the counter would ensure every roll went to the customer. Really good customer service.I liked their lavender blueberry the best. Matcha tasted bitter and their hot chocolate was tasteless and had an artificial taste.
Around $18 for an ice cream and latte. The ice cream took over 25 min wait. This was because there was only 1 staff member and he had to do each one from scratch...this is by no means a reflection on him, but on the company not providing more staff.Ordered one of the lattes that had the H/C option. I assumed H meant hot. When it came out I was iced and he said the latte only has iced option. I wouldn't have pad $6 or so for the latte as I wanted a hot one
It was fun to watch, but go with lots of patience. The process of rolled ice cream isn’t a short one!
