One of the best neighborhood bars in the Haight. There is always a handful of regulars present whenever I am in the area and decide to drop in for a cocktail and and a little conversation. Bartenders know there business and always pour a healthy serving.They have a pool table which is in remarkably good condition compared to most.The regulars never try to play King of the Table as is often the case at many other establishments.They have a nice back patio area for those looking to enjoy a smoke with their adult beverage.

Happy hour all day, every day. Fries dly bartender. Divey atmosphere. Great to get out of the cold and the rain.

Well staffed, fresh ingredients. This is the least touristy place to eat on the pier, great views from the back deck.

From the moment we walked in, we loved the vibe—welcoming staff, excellent beers, a fantastic wine spritzer, and mostly locals enjoying their time. There are no over-the-top prices here, just a nice, easy-going atmosphere. If you're visiting San Francisco, make sure to stop by the Gold Cane—it’s definitely worth it!
