Peet's Coffee - San Francisco

The ambiance at this restaurant is bustling yet warm and inviting.

I'm not a fan of their coffee, but they do offer a nice variety of pastries and outdoor seating, perfect for soaking up the sun with friends.

I really wanted to enjoy Peets! However, my cappuccino was not very satisfying.

I usually have a great experience at this Peet's but I feel that one employee, David, may need more training. As my cashier he was very slow putting in my order and had me repeat myself many times even though I only had two modifications, (Light ice and in a large cup. So I can add my own milk at home. He was sighing and groaning while looking for the buttons to press. Then he also went to make my drink instead of the barista working, and he made it incorrectly, the wrong kind of drink in a small cup. Everything else was perfectly fine as usual. But I unfortunately usually have problems or get the wrong drink when getting my order taken by this person.
