Kfc - San Gabriel

It makes me wait for 40 mins to get my combo meal done and I don’t even know what take them so long because the chicken was always there. Seems like you have to stand next to the checkout counter or they never start your meal. Bad experience.

Came here right as it opens in the morning. And ordered the famous bowl and the new hot&spicy wings combo which was really delicious and fresh. But the main reason why I'm posting this post is, the employee's behavior towards us who are the customers and her name is Diana. When we asked her for some hot sauce she didn't even bother put them in the bag rather just threw them on the counter and made us put in the bag ourselves. And we saw her doing the same thing to other customers as well. And she also had a long face and didn't even made eye contact to us which made us who are the customers feel uncomfortable.Please look into this issue otherwise this could effect your business.

No service. Wouldn't even take orders. Just let customer standing and waiting. I don't even know if they have chickens to sell.

This KFC, has deals that the others do not, my store is Glendale, but the drive to San Gabriel is worth it. They give great paper plates too, they are friendly. This is my second return, and not my last.

Very slow service ordered three sandwiches had me waiting for over 30 mins in the parking lot went it to ask told me to wait and I saw know one in the kitchen
