Ice Cream Shoppe - San Ignacio

I was thoroughly impressed with this restaurant. When I mentioned my allergy, the staff took extra precautions by washing their hands and using a fresh tub of ice for my drink. I ordered the vanilla flavor and it was delicious. I felt great afterwards, especially considering my sensitivity to cross-contamination.

I was unable to get a clean scoop or a fresh tub of ice cream from the back, so I had to watch everyone else enjoy their desserts.

I was extremely impressed by the service at this restaurant. When I mentioned that I had a food allergy, the staff member washed the scoop and used a fresh container of ice cream just for me. I ordered the vanilla flavor and it tasted delicious. I felt great afterwards, even though I am usually very sensitive to cross contamination.
