El Pollo Loco - San Jose

I like this location better than the one on Winchester rd. Staff is friendly, the lady is always cleaning the floor and tables, food is made quickly, and always good. I went to the Winchester location and while ordering I mentioned the menu changed. She got annoyed and denied. I asked the same question over here and the lady politely answered about the new holiday tamales! Awesome because I love tamales. (The lady that always clean the floor is very nice and hard working)

Se supone que la orden de family dinner , 10 piece Its for family of 5, but the side order are so small it only can serve 3 persons. Your side order should be able to feed 5 persons. Please lets make those side order containers larger than they are Thank you and love your chicken

I was excited by the good service at the window at first but then checked my bag and saw a few things wrong. A lot of guac and pico, which I did not ask for, and no red sauce or salsa. We ended up going back in after exiting the drive thru to ask for what we ordered after spending just under 50$ on our lunch for 2.. they have us some red sauce and no house salsa still.. when we look confused and asked for the salsa he said ?sorry? and shrugged and turned away? first and last time we will be visiting unfortunately.. Edit: Forgot to mention we ordered a large chips and salsa and received zero salsa even after going in again? I really do not understand the issue but will save myself the drama next time

It would be great if the employees had a break from trying to connect and could focus on their job. Thank you for ordering my wife today for the staff who flirt and not focused on her job.

Great food if you eat there, but don't let it be delivered. I delivered it several times and they never got the order right. So I just go there to eat when I visit El Pollo.
