Buy 2 and 1 free is the bomb. Avocado and Thai tea so tasty strong, doesn’t take artificial beautiful taste highly recommend this place if they still have buy 2 get one free no brainer.

I really enjoy their buy two, get one free promotion on all milk teas and garlic fries. The store is clean, offers a variety of options, and has comfortable seating. The staff is friendly and provides professional service to all customers.

I do think they could benefit from simplifying the menu a bit to help customers avoid feeling overwhelmed by choices, or perhaps highlight some signature items, similar to how Happy Lemon showcases their Top 10 menu. Overall, this is one of the best milk tea spots I've experienced. I highly recommend you visit and try their Thai Tea and Vietnamese coffee. For vegetarians, there are plenty of tasty meatless snacks available. As for parking, there's ample space in a lovely Vietnamese plaza. Additionally, they offer a variety of excellent non-dairy options for those with dietary restrictions.

This place is so good. The buy two get one option is a good deal too. Got the nutella, meow, and earl grey with the gf and drank all of them in 10 mins (she smacked me for stealing her pandan waffle, but it was worth the pain). Try the fish balls too. They season it amazingly. My only complaint is that my stomach wasnt big enough to handle all of it but that’s on me lol.

The worker was nice but my milk tea tasted more like bitter tea than milk tea, and it barley had sugar so thats prog why it was bitter
