I recently dined at Panera Bread and was left disappointed with my experience, prompting me to share my feedback. I ordered a salad and a macaroni and cheese bowl, expecting the quality I typically associate with Panera. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet my expectations. The salad was lacking in lettuce and ingredients, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. The freshness and vibrancy I usually enjoy with Panera's salads were missing. Additionally, the macaroni and cheese bowl, which I ordered in a bread bowl for an extra treat, was disappointingly small in portion size. This discrepancy between the macaroni and the bread bowl was concerning and affected the overall value of the meal. I believe consistency and quality control in Panera's kitchen should be improved to meet customers' expectations. I hope Panera Bread takes customer feedback seriously to enhance the dining experience for all patrons. I have faith in Panera's potential to address these issues and maintain its reputation for delicious meals.

The decline in quality at this restaurant is very noticeable. There was a time when Panera's competitive advantage was fresh, tasty, healthy food at a reasonable price. While the portions have always been small, the food used to be consistently good. However, our recent meal showed a significant departure from their previous standards. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was of lower quality than what you would expect from a fast-food restaurant like McDonald's. It was rubbery, as if it had been boiled, and the bun tasted like something you would find at KFC. The Green Goddess Caprese Melt had haphazardly spread mayonnaise, tasteless tomatoes, and soggy greens. The bread was reminiscent of packing peanuts in both texture and flavor. Farewell, Panera. We will not be ordering from you again.

I usually love your Asian Sesame Salad with Chicken made with Romain lettuce and a little red cabbage I do not like this type of lettuce I call it weeds. . It was also limp. I tossed it out and used my own romaine lettuce
