Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - San Jose

Guy who took our order through the drive through you can tell didn't want to be there he took our order could barely hear him didn't even know how much until we got to the first window.

First time on a Popeyes food was great but it did take 30 mins of my lunch to order my food which goes to show how understaffed most places are right now.

It's the best Popeyes around. Food was fresh and hot. It's clean and a pleasant crew.

This place was extremely slow and unprofessional I went to order drive thru. They didn?t acknowledge me until I spoke up like 5 min after getting to the menu. I order something on the menu and when I get my food I get something complete different. Theysaid the item changed and they were sorry. They should have told me when I ordered cause it was a chicken sandwich, shrimp andfries and I got was fries. Whole time it took was 25+ min so I just left at this point

I have not received my orders with the pieces that are on the special. I was told that what I was ordering was mixed- legs, thighs, breast and wings. When I got it home, it was only legs and thighs. They mess up my order every time I'm there. Don'ttell anyone, but when the fryer oil is fresh, it's some pretty darn good chicken.
