Garum - San Luis de Sabinillas

I went for a lunch. It’s a nice small restaurant in a small town at the Costa del Sol. It has the atmosphere of a lunchroom/cafe. I ordered something from the card (Sea bite something). It was a plate with thinly chopped fresh salmon. The lady came to tell me that they ran out of it. And she offered me a few meat dishes. I told her that I didn’t fancy eating meat so early in the day. Then she offered a Garum club sandwich with also meat (corner beef). I kindly refused. She finally made the club sandwich with stumbled eggs (British style) with cheese and a slice of tomato and on the side some green leaves and cherry tomatoes. It was a very simple dish but very well done. I might come back here to see other things this small lunchroom style restaurants offers. Staff was very friendly.
