Domino's Pizza - San Luis Obispo

Ordered a pizza, never got it, called the store all the employees there are so rude. Talked to the GM and was super sarcastic and just rude as hell. Make jokes about my call to employees. Hope this store

I ordered online. The website itself deleted one of the items. I tried to call to fix it. You get a main office number then transferred to the store. No one at the store answered. Then the delivery driver shows up. I tried to explain what happened and ask if he could relay a message for them to answer the phone. He goes in all about how it's not his fault. I asked again can you just relay the message. And again about how he just picks up the orders. No accountability to do anything. No offer if a way to fix it. Just me paying for the order that was wrong and me tipping him like 3.80. and off he goes. I don't recommend this establishment. With the delivery fee of 4.99 a incorrect order over charged as well because the website removed the coupon. It's not worth the money based on the quality of the food.

The pizza is always great from this Domino's, but they get the orders wrong sometimes. That is why I am giving them a four star.
