Peet's Coffee Tea - San Mateo

This is a cute little cafe by the corner and pretty easy to spot. The interiors are all brown, is simple, elegant yet smart wooden material has been used do to it. We went for tea as per the hostess recommendation and they were great especially the bay leaf based tea and the clove based tea not too much milk, just the right amount of sugar and very well flavored.

Yup, good. Surprised? No. The only issue I have is that the espresso machine has been replaced with an automatic push button machine it takes almost as long for your coffee drinks as when I worked there years ago used the manual machine that you had to train on down in Palo Alto. But.... Good.

Friendly service. Darker, richer than most competitors. Wide variety of snacks, including gluten free snacks, to enjoy with your coffee

They’ve included this blower mechanism above the entrance/exit, does anyone know why? Hey were all for keeping fly’s out. But imagine dressing up your just purchased hot bev., and all of a sudden, it's power blown. Not hot anymore. Besides that, they get 5 stars easy. GO DODGERS!
