I'm really surprised so many reviews say the portions are generous. Generous with the rice, maybe, but not the protein or toppings. And it was about $20 for this. I've had much better poke bowls in my life though so maybe that's why. Wouldn't try them again, but I do appreciate the covid precautions they are taking inside the building.
The place was spotless, the pricing fair, the quantities generous, the service reasonable, the ability to select what goes into your box excellent. It was easy to accommodate vegetarian needs, and seating was armless chairs so accessible. Will totally repeat the trip. It's not quite a five for me, probably because I needed more dressing for added flavor but it's definitely a solid enjoyable meal.
So-so. I don?t love the sauces here which affects the overall taste of the poke bowl. By the time I finished, there was a lot of ?water? at the bottom so I?m unsure if this was from the sauce or from the salad not spun well. I do like that most toppings aren?t extra cost. Fish is fresh at least!
Kelp noodles are like a crunchy jelly, but not slimy like jelly. They're all right to me, definitely a healthy option. Citrus kale is tasty!!! Portions are fare and sauces tasty. I get my sauces on the side so I can decide how much I want as I eat. The daily special: toasted sesame was yummu. If you are sugar-free, edamame is coated with a sweet sauce and the seaweed salad has a slight sweetness too, not too much though.
