Bamboo Sushi - San Ramon

The first time here, and was quite surprised to find out most of the food card is gluten-free. they only use tamaria (which is naturally gf in their dressed and it is what is on the table. Ordered chicken caraage, veg tempura and king lachs nigiri. all were delicious and did not make me sick (yes for zöliakie! other friends ordered some rolling, and the parts seemed good to us. I think if they're used to American shares, they'd want to order more. the prices are decent, maybe a Lil-Pricy, but the gluten-free is worth it! would definitely come back. also the staff was amazing! esp since we went to close in 20min (haha please forgive us bambus sushi many thanks that they receive us and explain the menu points! and many thanks to the cook!

This place has such a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. I truly enjoy bringing my family here. Luis and Sofia went above and beyond to take care of us today, making us feel like part of their family. The staff is always so attentive and gives their all, and the food is fresh and brimming with flavor.

This restaurant is located in the second floor of the bischofs ranch complex and has a decent number of seats in the open and in the restaurant. we came here on a Sunday afternoon at 1 o'clock for lunch and had to wait an hour to get a table in the house as it was an extremely hot day. once sitting, the service is really nice and the staff is friendly. we got the miso suppe, spicy edamame, chicken caraage, seaweed fried rice, chili garlauch huhn, hunting the dragons, unicorns, californias and king smiling. all the items we got were tasteful and simply perfect on their own wise. the sushi rolls were fabulous and also the fried rice and chili garlic chicken dish. we can repeat the same dishes several times: as they were sooo good. would definitely recommend this restaurant for amazing eating and high quality of service!

After a disappointing meal at Kibo Sushi in Danville the night before, I was still on the hunt for good sushi. I decided to give Bamboo Sushi a try for lunch and ordered some rolls along with the miso black cod. Unfortunately, the experience was just average and quite pricey.

Fantastic food! The sushi and fish are incredibly fresh. I love the variety of rolls, and the menu offers options for everyone. The location is also a big plus; it’s situated in the Bishop Ranch shopping center, which has plenty of exciting activities nearby. A+!
