China City In Virg - Sandbridge

Today was my first visit there. I don't usually do Chinese unless I prepare and cook same at home for obvious reasons. Upon walking in the door, the lady behind the counter was assisting another customer who appeared not to have her debit or charge card present as she was on the phone with someone who gave her the number but gave it to her incorrectly (we were the only two customers at that time). I say all of this to say, the lady behind the counter proceeded to take my order which was only a cup of soup. She took my money and gave me my change. She grabbed a pint size soup container and commence to compile my soup. She NEVER stopped to wash her hands before doing so. Yet she handled my money and even handled my soup with NO gloves. She even took the time to take another phone order prior to finishing mine. I had to ask for my receipt as well as a fortune cookie. I removed what was supposed to be chicken from the soup. Prayed over the rest and kept it moving. Needless to say, I won't be returning as veggies in soup were still hard.....

Food has really went down hill in the last year. Highly unrecommended!

The lady working the front was rude and the food was nasty

This used to be the Best Chinese Restaurant but now it's a hit or miss. Some days it's good, some days it's not. Need to work on their customer service skills!

Me and my husband came for lunch and as soon as we walked into the door the lady at the counter turned to serve us and looked mad to be there. We both greeted her and said hello and she just stared at us like we were stupid. So we didn't give the business the time of day and went elsewhere. Customer service you're suppose to at least greet your customers you can tell she didn't want to be there and was pissed we walked through their door.
