High Street Fisheries

Pleasant service. Some of the other patrons were drunk/high and a bit lairy but they were dealt with kindly and without trouble. Food was a bit over done for my taste. Nice to get scraps. Not overly greasy. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I 'd give it zero stars if I could. Waited over 40 mins for fish and chips(!! . Only customer in the store initially, eventually others came and at least 2 got their food before me, eventually decided to leave, man behind the counter didn 't apologise for taking so long or for the shoddy service, argued against giving my money back as he had cooked the food. Clearly not aware of consumer law, no common courtesy or any modicum of customer service. Don 't normally leave reviews but this one deserved it. I would not recommend this fish and chip shop to anyone.

Got home opened the box and had a game of find the fish..... I managed to find Wally before I found the fish
