The hot and cold drink machine was broken down so we couldn't get hit cocoa. The hot apple cider tasted moldy, like they haven't cleaned the machine in a while.

Rudest staff and management. Shift leader slammed order window on me . Manager on duty said she didn't care, store Manager would believe her. Arrogant. Can't get prices right. Will never go back.

I ordered 6 donuts and two ham egg and cheese on croissants. I got six donuts a bagel with bacon egg and cheese and two bagel bites. I tryed to call them and couldn’t get through.

If I could leave negative stars... I would. This is my first negative review ever. The manager on staff (tall gentleman) is literally the rudest person I’ve dealt with. They mess up your order, then only give you part of it... then want you to go around the drive thru again to fix their mistakes. When you ask about their mistake, they just say “sorry!” And shut the window. I will never do business there again and urge everyone who wants even a shred of competence or respect to go elsewhere as well.
