Mcdonald's - Sanford

Much space here in McDonalds. The service is slow but not so clean!

Very nice McDonalds directly from I-4. The food was good except the frits that were quite crispy/almost burned. They also got my sandwich wrong, but quickly got a new one and kept me the other. BUT. The staff here was the BEST I've ever seen in a McDonald. The woman who helped me was very sweet, and she and two other staff checked me to see if I needed anything else while waiting for the replacement. I could not help, but notice the beautiful size on the inside and cleanliness inside. Will definitely come back in the future.

I visited this place at various times of the day. They are always busy and sometimes there is a wait, but it is never too long and everything is perfect. I would say my patience is the key, but really everyone else just expects immediate satisfaction. I'll wait five minutes.

Many years ago I came to this store and it was like all the other McDonalds....you better check your food and the staff had settings. But if you were hungry and in a hurry we treated it. Today was the first time I was here in 10 years (give or take) and although I had to move forward and wait when my order was? not all the big and it took a few to try to get it right. None of this was because the two young men I treated on the windows were only the epitome of customer service. They were both so friendly, sweet and thoughtful and went beyond and beyond to ask me how my day was and be friendly while they got me my money and food. Customer service cannot be the top priority every day when I focus more on speed or accuracy because I am in a hurry, but today it was just what I needed to put a smile on my face. Have fun!

Hopefully, the drive-thru is better, but with no one else in line, my order was not taken for a full 15 minutes, then I waited 10 minutes to get my order. This facility had employees everywhere, but did not focus on a task. Disorganized from my point of view.
