El Pico De Gallo Grill - Santa Ana

The Mexican food at this restaurant is overpriced. I ordered a wet burrito for $10.99 and was charged an additional $5 to make it a wet/flag burrito, which I was not informed about until I received my receipt. The food was bland and dry, with the lettuce appearing old and the mole overly sweet. The lady who took our order was not very friendly, and the bathrooms were dirty. Although this should have been a warning sign, I still gave it a chance. I do not recommend eating here; you would be better off getting food from a food truck.

This place is amazing, the Camarones a la diabla is by far the best item on the menu. Not only that, but the staff go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. Definitely recommend this place if you are in the area

Wow!!This little place was very good the food full flavor and the service was fast and friendly fresh tortillas the corn and flower really good.The whole setting was nice the if you're in town and looking to eat and enjoy the atmosphere was good service this is the place

I came to have lunch with my family at this restaurant. We are still here currently, but I wanted to write a review before leaving. The food was good, but the customer service from the cashier was terrible. I tried to order breakfast for my kids, but she informed me that it was only available until 11am despite the menu stating it was available all day. When I asked for 2 kids' sprites, she denied that they had them and said they did not offer kids drinks. I ended up ordering a regular drink and had my kids share a sprite. The cashier brought out our utensils with an attitude from the start. However, I would like to highlight that the waitress was very nice and professional. She was extremely helpful and did a great job. Please recognize her hard work. More employees like her are needed.
