Morton's The Steakhouse Santa Ana

Waiting time was a bit too long because I had a reservation. Food and service were great.

The first time. It was terrible. Terrible service. 15 minutes before we had a waiter, we'll come to us. 25 minutes before the bread. We go to many steak houses so why we wanted to try Mortons and we were beyond dissatisfaction. My meat was boiled incorrectly, they forgot to bring our potatoes with our meat and then disappeared for another 15 minutes before we got them. I can't say anything beautiful. What a waste of 300 dollars

If you want to eat here, consider yourself. We came at 8:45. Filed from a preset menu. It took 30 minutes until our first course came out and that was the lobster bisque. The second course came 30 minutes. My friends ordered medium well Filet Mignon and they got **** rare. 30 minutes later our dessert came out. We are not much of defendants, but decided to mention this to someone in front. This man was not apologetic at all and responded to “well 2 hours is quite typical for a Friday evening.” The waitress we mentioned here said: “Oh yes, the preset menus take a little longer.” Wait... I'm very confused. Typical preset menus are faster, but who am I to say? Anyway, this whole time no one came to us between our 30 minutes breaks to let us know that “hey sorry, your food is in the works now but can I give you something in the meantime?” We just sat there patiently and hoped for the best. We didn't even get a sense that they were even apologetic about the situation. The man on the front who said he'd take care of the situation. never came back to update us. Anyway, if you have a slow day and look for something to kill time, I would highly recommend this place because you will be here a few hours. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

The food was not seasoned at all. Steaks had to be sent back to be cooked properly. My steak and three others had grin. That was a business dinner and we dropped $2k. The food was moderate and very disappointing. That was our last time in this chain.

Our server was great! Food was good, just took so long to have the main menu. But I would definitely recommend! Recommend the soup too!
