Carl's Jr. - Santa Clara

It's a Carl's Jr., so you know what to expect. I've had pretty good service at this location compared to others.

Today, I visited Carl's Jr. in Santa Clara and had one of the best burgers I've had in a long time! The gentleman who helped me, Raul, made my experience even more enjoyable. They should really put his picture next to the definition of excellent customer service. I can't wait to come back soon!

They always enjoy visiting this place for breakfast or lunch. It's conveniently located next to Home Depot, making it perfect for contractors looking for a quick stop. The staff is friendly and efficient, allowing them to get served faster than if they were waiting in long lines. The food is excellent, the coffee is fresh and hot, and the zucchini fries are delicious.

The burgers are fantastic, and the staff is very friendly. However, the service was a bit slow, as I noticed there was only one cook working.

The food at this location is consistently good, which isn't the case for all Carl's Jr. locations. I've visited at least 20 times for lunch and dinner at various times throughout the day, including late at night, and it has always been enjoyable. I haven't tried breakfast here or dined inside, so I can’t comment on those experiences, but I can say that the drive-thru service is reliable.
